History
Fix Personeel was founded in 2007 by Jan Zuidwegt and Kamil Grossek, two colleagues who worked together as production workers in the greenhouse. Kamil had a broad network of friends and family who were eager to work in Dutch greenhouses, while Jan had a strong network within horticulture, specifically in the vegetable and fruit sector. This gave them the idea to collaborate and recruit staff for production work in Dutch greenhouses. What started as a small initiative quickly grew due to the increasing demand for their services. Over the years, Fix Personeel’s network expanded within the horticultural sector, allowing the company to develop into a key player in this industry.
In 2024, Fix Personeel became part of House of Work. Within this organization, we collaborate with the labels EG Personeel, Westflex, FlexWorx!, ICE Agency, and RC Westland. This partnership enables Fix Personeel to further strengthen its services and offer a broader range of solutions across different sectors. By pooling resources within House of Work, Fix Personeel can continue to meet the evolving needs of both employers and employees, focusing on providing flexible and high-quality staffing solutions within the agricultural sector.
